After the release of the first season, Riot announced that there would be a second season and that it would take less time to produce. I watched this with my parents who know nothing about the League universe. I’ve been playing League since 2010, so my opinion may be a little biased. But my parents were pleasantly surprised. It was a little clear that this show is aimed more at a young adult audience. Some use of pop songs, and the villain being a little over the top, his mustache twirling. But overall, they enjoyed the first 3 episodes and wouldn’t mind watching the rest at their own pace. As for me. I love it! It was everything I hoped for and more. Riot’s art department was always on their A-game. And with Fortiche’s track record, I knew there was very little chance of it going wrong. Knowing Riot’s art department, it has a great story, well-written characters, and a world rich with lore to pull from. Overall, this show plays very well. And showcases some of the best talent Riot has to offer. 9/10: Amazing.
